We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! In the Shared Service team, the Administrative Assistant works under the guidance of the Finance Manager and the team members to support the group of companies in terms of Accounts, Finance, and Administrative.

Candidates should be able to provide a high level of support for executives in the workplace, including working independently for tracking of monthly cash reports and showing team overview of revenue streams.

Job Descriptions:

  • Data Entry on billing and expense payment vouchers using ERP & Accounting systems.
  • Required to perform debtors/ creditors reconciliation.
  • Active participation in financial meetings regarding budgeting and expenses.
  • To monitor ageing report.
  • Other admin duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Description:

  • Assisting operations manager in the deployment of workers to construction project sites and work orders
  • Taking charge of general workers and multiple skilled tradesmen
  • Assisting operations manager in the management of equipment, types of machinery, and other sundries
  • Reporting to management for all weekly deployment of workers and tracking of work progress
  • Usage of tracking charts and monthly reporting of worker’s usage and cost control

Job Description:

In a construction team, the Drafting Designer works under the guidance of the Project Manager in the execution of construction projects with good basic knowledge in autocad and revit. (optional)
